Simple Way To Make Coconut Rice

Easy Coconut Rice Recipe


Cocunut rice is incredibly simple to prepare and it could provide a healthy boost of nutrients and delicacy as well.

Cooked rice 500g

Oil  50ml

Mustard seeds  5g

Cumin seeds  5g

Black grams  10g

Cashew nuts  50g

Curry leaves  5 g

Green chillies  10g

Grated coconut  100g

Coconut milk  100 ml 

Coriander leaves  10g

Lemon juice  10ml



1- Chop coriander leaves and green chillies.

2- Heat oil in a heavy saucepan or a wok and add the mustard seeds

When they crackle, add the cumin seeds.

Add the black grams and when golden in colour, add the cashew nuts and saute till golden.

Add all the ingredients except rice and stir on a high flame for 2 minutes.

Mix in the rice and stir for another 5 minutes on a slow flame.
