Aloo Paratha Recipe
Aloo wala Paratha means bread containg potatoes, in India-Pakistan paratha means bread and aloo means potato. As it has no meat or poultry in it, so, this delicious Indian food is equally enjoyable for all. Down below is the recipe to prepare this amazing potato stuffed bread.

Ingredients:
Atta(whole wheat flour) 250g
Salt
Water
Cooking oil 50ml
For Fillings
Potatoes 500g
Coriander leaves 20g
Ginger garlic paste 20g
Onions 75g
Green chillies 5g
Turmeric 5g
Chillie powder 5 g
Salt
Lime juice 10ml
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Step 1: First of all, make a soft dough with whole wheat flour, salt, water, little oil. After it, knead the dough.
After kneading, Divide whole wheat flour dough into balls of your desired size.
Step 2: Now boil potatoes, remove skin and mash the boiled potatoes.
Chop onions, green chillies and coriander leaves
Then add all the ingredients, like mashed potatoes, choped onions, turmeric and all the stuffs in a container and mix them well to make a mixture.
Cooking:
Step 3: In the final step, you have to integrate(stuff) the fillings, in between the wheat balls.
Now take a rolling pin, flatten the stuffed balls into 1/2"thick, round parathas.
Grease a pan with little oil, and heat on a medium flame.
Cook the parathas until both sides are golden and cooked through.
