For the preparation, you need to make patties first. So, we will divide the method into 2 steps.

Step 1

Recipe for patties  


  • Minced meat 500 Grams
  • 1 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoons of seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons of granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons of granulated onion
  • Finely chopped chiles (whatever quantity you want)
  • Cooking oil for saucepan (better to take olive oil)
Reminding Again: Feel free to increase or decrease quantity of meat and other ingredients as needed. It is not compulsory to have 500 grams of beef.

Preparation Method  

Put the minced cow meat in a deep container with table salt, peppers, seasoned salt, granulated garlic, granulated onions and finely chopped hot Chilles to give hamburgers a spicy taste. Subsequently, mix all these things to form a dough.

Now knead the dough with your hands or any Stand mixer, it's better to use stand mixer if available.


Then let the kneaded meat dough stand for 10-15 minutes. 

After that, shape the patties preferably with a  Patty maker tool, patty maker will give a professional and decent look to the burgers. But at times if you don't have it in your kitchenette than try to mold the patties well with your hands.

Make sure, not to press the patties too much because that can harden them while frizzling.

Finally, fry them in a saucepan by adding olive oil or any other cooking oil, but olive oil is healtiest.

Tips: It is advised to prefer lean beef meat. During the formation of burger patties, make a little depression in the middle. Secret behind doing so is that meat juice will not loss in the process of roasting, patty will stay juicy as you can see in the picture above.

You can also freeze the patties and take them out 1 hour before the formation of hamburgers.


Ingredients for step 2


  • Hamburger sesame buns 
  • Preferably iceburg lettuce leaves
  • 1 and a half sliced tomatoes 
  • 1 and a half sliced gherkins
  • 3 cheese slices
  • 3 red onions cutted into rings
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup

Preparation Method:

In the second and final step, cut each sesame bun into two parts with the help of a sharp knife. Place them on the grid and heat the pieces of buns in an oven until it reaches at the interior climate of 160 degree celsius.

Spread ketchup on bottom half of bun, now time has come to arrange the hamburger in the following layers: bottom half of bun, lettuce leaves, patties, cheese, tomatoes, mayonnaise, pickles, ring shaped onions and tomato ketchup. 

Finally place the upper half of the sesame bun on top and enjoy this delicious treat.

What can i add more to hamburger patties?

Not must, but you can add egg if you want, especially if you are using low-fat ground beef, because that can prevent the rissoles from crumbling.

Frozen or fresh patty which is better?


If it is possible, then always use a fresh patty because that's one of the secrets for a tasty meat hamburgers, every burger requires a fresh fritter for addition of taste. That's why Restaurants such as gourmet burgers and smacks claim that they use fresh material.

Anyways, it is not forbidden to use a frozen, as not everyone can use freshly prepared dough all the time.
